Opening Prayer: O God, you so loved the world as to give your only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. As we worship, we remember this love of yours and we are grateful. May our worship this day be pleasing and holy to you, and may we know even more of your great love. We pray this in the name of the One who is Love, AMEN.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil, for Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen

Prayer of Thanksgiving: Father, teach us how to listen for your call in our lives. Teach us how to be faithful stewards with the gifts you have entrusted to us. Teach us how to use this offering as a source of your ministry and mission. Teach us how to bow down on our knees and to spend time beholding the miracles all around us. In the name of the greatest teacher, Emmanuel, we pray. AMEN.

Prayer of Response: God of love, "thank you" seems so little to say; but we are grateful for your love that we have seen, heard, and felt. May the knowledge of that love fill our hearts now and in all the days to come. We praise you in the name of Christ our Lord, AMEN.
