Call to Worship
Leader: In the middle of life’s routine, Jesus calls us to follow him
People: We rejoice that Jesus has invited us to be his disciples
Leader: That call comes to us each day, inviting us to serve God and experience all God has to offer to us
People: May God give us the strength and courage to follow where we are led.
Gloria Patri #70 Hymnal
Opening Prayer:
Holy God, your love has invited us to this place. Your grace has invited us to follow you,
wherever you might lead us. As we gather in this time of worship,
we pray your Spirit might move among us. Open us to hear you as you call to us
and empower us to follow boldly.
We come to you in the name of Jesus, the One who calls us, AMEN.

Morning Prayer - Lord's Prayer
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil, for Thine is the kingdom,
and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen

Doxology #95 in Hymnal
Prayer of Thanksgiving:
Inviting God, we are astounded at your grace that calls people like us to participate in
your work of making Jesus’ disciples here on earth. We have been caught in the net of your love
and grace, and so released to turn our lives around to trust fully in you;
released into a whole new life to let you fish for others through us.
As we bring our offerings to you today, we offer the way that we will life
and all the relationships and events of our lives for you to use to share your good news.
This we pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
