Prayer Warriors
New this fall! The grill will be fired up an hour before each home football game in the parking lot of the Athens United Methodist Church. There will be a prayer time at 6 PM for the athletes and any other personal prayer requests. Following prayer, complimentary hot dogs will be served. Home games are scheduled for Friday, September 3, and Friday, September 10.

The Good News is that God is real. We need to obey God's commands. We can trust that God will take care of us. God loves us. God sent his Son, Jesus, to save us, by redeeming us from our sins. God has a place for us in heaven, if we trust in Christ. God wants us to pray for guidance and listen for his answer. God wants us to tell other people about him.
